Three to try: ‘Huat The Duck’ is a signature featuring smoked duck slices, torched mandarin oranges and onion jam; ‘Mary’s Lamb’ has braised lamb, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella on sourdough; and ‘Honey Truffle Bella’ with honey creamed mushrooms, sautéed mushrooms, and truffle.
