This little secret in TTDI hasn’t gained as much traction as some of the more seasoned izakayas in town, but don’t dismiss it just yet. Their chicken thigh with green onion, baby scallop with mentaiko, grilled beef tongue, and chicken liver are unmistakably fresh, and reasons Kushi Raku might climb the charts in the coming months. Don’t say we didn’t tell you.
