Hilton Hotels in Malaysia presents a take-home menu showcasing popular dishes from the hotels’ restaurants. Citarasa Nipah at EQ
Nipah is the popular all-day dining restaurant at the EQ and celebrate Ramadan, they are offering a specially curated delivery and takeaway menu featuring a wide array of classic recipes and comfort food. Chef Ali is the Chef de Cuisine has more than 30 years of culinary experience and Nipah is known for its Buka Puasa buffets. This year there are four sets (RM35 including dessert) of individual meals including Briyani Gam Johor and Hainanese Chicken Rice. Makan Yuk at Aloft
The culinary team at Nook, Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral’s all-day dining restaurant, have created a selection of Makan Yuk sets celebrating Indonesian cuisine. The three sets are available from 27 April to 22 May and serves four to five people. Choose from lamb (Kambing Bakar Bumbu), beef (Nook’s signature Daging Sapi Gongso) and chicken (Ayam Bakar Ingkung). End the meal with Bubur Sumsum, dates and dried fruit.
