Themed the Year of Blooming Abundance, this year's celebrations at Hilton PJ will see Toh Yuen serving up an arary of Chinese delights across three 9-course set menus, where you can treat family and friends to dishes like deep-fried tiger prawns, braised seafood and steamed orange roughy fish. Meanwhile, at Paya Serai families can enjoy Chinese New Year dinner (Feb 4-6) and high tea (Feb 5-6) buffets. Of course, there will be yee sang – this year's options at Hilton PJ include double deep-fried salmon skin and salmon sashimi, and an indulgent pick with triple salmon sashimi, soft-shell crab and top shell abalone.
