Hilton Kuala Lumpur’s steak and grill restaurant, Chambers Grill, is serving angus and wagyu tomahawk steaks procured from the reputable Stanbroke Farms in Queensland. Grilled-to-order on Japanese charcoals, the tomahawk steak is carved tableside for patrons and is served with roasted whole garlic bulbs and a choice of five sauces: Béarnaise, Sarawak pepper, red wine jus, mushroom, and Café de Paris butter or a choice of smoked Viking salt or the red wine salt.
Portions are for sharing up to 4 people. Priced at RM550nett for 1.3kg Angus tomahawk steak, while the 1kg marble score 7 wagyu tomahawk steaks are priced at RM750nett.
