Translated as ‘The descendants of the dragon’ in Mandarin, Dragon-i employs skilled chefs from mainland China to coax the best out of their quality ingredients. The menu is a combination of several mainland Chinese cuisines – Szechuan, Beijing and Lanzhou – with Shanghainese dishes remaining as its main forte. Signature items include the Shanghainese braised pork, xiao long pao (steamed meat dumplings) and la mien (hand pulled noodles).
