Concorde Hotel KL prepares an array of delicacies for diners throughout this month.
At Xin Cuisine, try the crispy spring chicken with sesame sauce. The chicken is dried in a charcoal oven and then deep-fried to enhance its fragrance. Diners can savour this chicken with either the sesame sauce on its own or a bowl of steamed rice and other side dishes to go with the chicken.
Melting Pot Café will be presenting four different preparations of crab by chefs from the Malay, Chinese, Thai and Western kitchens. Expect appetising crab dishes such as Thai yellow curry soft shell crab, ketam masak lemak cili padi dan nenas, wok-fried chilli crab with mantau, gratinated crab with béchamel cheese sauce and more. Diners will have a choice of 7 crab dishes each night.
Indulge in the Deepavali buffet spread at Melting Pot Café featuring dishes like Kari kepala ikan, butter chicken and chicken tikka. Concorde Hotel is also offering Diwali High Tea. Fancy pick-me-ups such as roasted lamb with tandoori margination, chapati served with sambal sardine, coconut candy, kesari and muruku are part of the Diwali High Tea menu.
Melting Pot Café offers all things chocolate for dessert. Their chocolate mousse brownie has the brownie base, layered with chocolate mousse and chocolate ganache; topped with icing sugar, fresh berries, walnuts and chocolate. A prefect sweet ending to your meal.
