This April, diners at Concorde Hotel KL can look forward to a seafood buffet and sweet treats.
It’s all about fried food with Goreng-Goreng at Melting Pot Café, which will be serving a variety of deep-fried seafood for dinner. Diners can look forward to five featured items – ikan kerisi, ikan tenggiri, burung puyuh, udang galah and ketam bunga. There will also be crunchy vegetable pakora and Thai spring rolls accompanied by sauces of your choice such as cili kicap, air asam and Thai sauce.
Head to Xin Cuisine for some Chinese food, and to indulge in the tender jade perch fish – this month’s special. This popular freshwater fish is high in omega-3 oil, and will be prepared and served in three different options – braised, deep fried Singapore style, and a home-styled steamed jade perch.
Sweet tooths can indulge in a decadent praline cake at Melting Pot Café. The cake consists of a chocolate cake layered with pralinosa butter cream, and topped with a rich chocolate ganache and fresh berries. This almost-sinful dessert is available all day.
