Perched on the 9th floor of Pavilion Elite, Cloud 9 is designed in the concept of fine dining while overlooking the bustling streets of Bukit Bintang. From the main menu, start off with a modern take on the traditional Sarawak dish, Umai, with marinated sea perch, avocado and crispy tortilla “hair” or the Foie-gras Tourchon, served with crispy duck ham, brioche toasts and plum paste. The main course promises options from the sea and from the land. It includes the White Pomfret Fillet with steamed kuchai, peeler vegetables topped with Arenkha Caviar (89), slow-roasted Iberico Lamb Leg (RM 98), Angus Beef Tenderloin (RM 148) and more.
