You can pick your own items from the à la carte carte menu, or go for convenience and order the pre-arranged sets of mushroom, meat and sausages or seafood. Expect soups and broths like jade porridge soup, fresh ginseng herbal soup and volcano flame shipper lobster soup, and then end your meal with sweet treats like chilled mango cream puree with pearl sago, steamed custard buns or chilled sea coconut with snow fungus.
