Layers of renovation at Hilton KL for the past months have finally been unpeeled to reveal a new establishment in place of Sudu. The revamp includes futuristic silver interiors, wooden silhouettes and lots of light through the ceiling-high windows. A stroll around the live cooking stations and buffet pods reveals Japanese cuisine, dim sums, a variety of cheeses, salads, seafood and Indian dishes with an authentic tandoori clay oven to boot. With more than 150 dishes, Vasco’s buffet spread is definitely not to be trifled with.
