The all-family team at Su Noodle House has been churning out daichow favourites such as its renowned Hokkien noodles for nearly 16 years. Another speciality to be reckoned with is the gui hua-style yee mee. Stir-fried to perfection, the scrumptious noodle dish boasts a crispy texture and an eggy flourish. Cheap sushi (the RM5 soft-shell crab temaki is a steal) is also an unexpected bonus at this modest eatery, which is tucked away in a secluded residential area under the DUKE Expressway.
