A family-run operation, South Sea Subang is manned by Terence, Wilson and Wai Wong, with dad Mr Wong senior keeping a close eye on things. There are two dining areas: a patio overlooking the courtyard and a private dining room, both of which are outfitted in simple but sleek decorative touches. Although seafood is their forte, they also offer lamb and escargot (the latter is sublime, stuffed with different cheeses and cooked to perfection). The stand-outs on an impressive menu include the signature abalone and barbecued squid.
