Nook @ Aloft

Aloft is one of Starwood Hotels’ newest ventures, the rebellious younger brother of St Regis and The Westin, with some serious young and hip vibes. Nook is Aloft’s main restaurant and the place is pretty minimalistic and modern. Their buffet spread is rather small, but the quality is good. At Nook, personalisation is highly encouraged, so do let the helpful staff know your preferences.
