Publika adds another restaurant to its long list of F&B outlets, this time with Chinese-Western restaurant Episode, whose interior alone will delight Instagram users. The restaurant's clean, classic decor is accentuated by hints of Oriental influences; think vintage Chinese posters, lanterns and antique furniture.
There are two different menus here, one for Chinese cuisine and another for Western. Seafood features heavily on the Chinese menu, with Boston lobster dishes being the main highlights (but be prepared to fork up around RM263 to RM288 per dish). You can start your meal with the Taiwanese chicken rolls (RM16) as it’s somewhat of a speciality of the chef, who has had over 20 years of cooking experience in Taiwan.
The Western menu offers the usual fare like steak, pasta, risotto, burgers, sandwiches and more, with lobster and foie gras making special appearances (you can choose to upgrade your regular beef burger with foie gras for RM108). There’s also a bar serving up a selection of wine and liquor.
