Dapur Penyet serves up Malaysia's own take of the famed Indonesian penyet fare. Have your marinated beef, chicken and fish smashed with a heavy wooden hammer, deep-fried a golden brown and dished up with a side serving of boiled kangkung, tahu and tempe. On the off chance that the penyet varieties do not entirely entice you, ayam bakar, empal bakar, iga bakar, gado-gado, bakso and soto are also available on the menu.
