Big in size and taste, the Burger Bakar features a thick, homemade grilled patty sandwiched between sesame seed buns and the usual condiments. The double Cheesy Baconizer is a classic combination of cheese and beef bacon. Upon first bite, the flavourful beef is what dominates; peppery with a slight salty tang, the compressed patty doesn’t break apart easily so your burger stays intact. While they provide the usual combinations, what’s different here is the amount of patties you can add on; you can go all the way up to ten patties if you wish. A gourmet burger enthusiast might complain that the patties are too overdone and compact – there’s no such thing as medium well here – but for a roadside burger, the Burger Bakar is as good (and big) as they come. Just ask the crowd waiting in line.
