The dim sum menu also offers an impressive selection of contemporary dim sum, with choices that include Trio Dim Sum Platter, Deep Fried Shrimp Bean Curd Wrapped in Rice Roll, Steamed Salted Egg Custard and Deep Fried Prawn Dumpling with Chives, to name a few.
