Barney the purple dinosaur, Bob the Builder and Wendy, Angelina Ballerina, Thomas the Tank Engine and other pre-school television favourites join forces for the first time to showcase an exciting day of song and dance at ‘The Little Big Club’. The 75-minute musical production also features cameos from Pingu the penguin, Fireman Sam as well as Barney’s friends BJ, Baby Bop and cousin Riff. ‘Colours All Around’, ‘Thomas You are the Leader’, ‘Roll Call Song’, ‘Twinkle Twinkle Little Star’ and classic Barney anthem ‘I Love You’ are just some of the popular tunes slated to be performed this month.
Accompanying the characters onstage is the energetic Little Big Club band, which comprises four enthusiastic young rockers charged with getting the crowd on their feet. With the presence of several recognisable childhood icons embarking on a memorable adventure, the interactive show promises to hit the right chords with young’uns and Bananas in Pyjamas-watching adults this school holiday.
