1. Payroll

  • Liaising with KWSP/SOCSO/HRDF/LHDN on all matters and generate monthly report for submission every month
  • Preparing payroll every month (Quickpay)

2. General HR/Admin:

  • Liaising with HRDF on claims and grants for interns. Preparing all documentation needed
  • Recruitment / resignation documentation and liaising with I.T departments on all requirements
  • Staff expenses – keeping track and checking expenses for payroll
  • Liaising with bank for any issues needed
  • Keeping record and maintaining staff documents and personal issues
  • E-admin maintenance and attendance record
  • Answering phone calls, taking messages
  • Managing despatch schedule and recording any overtime or allowances
  • Sorting out name card printing
  • To create and maintain staff handbook
  • Stock taking / inventory management
  • Other admin task If necessary

Requirement: 
HR background preferred 
Able to liaise with government institution
