This year, The Oriental Group is introducing two prized dishes: Braised whole South African superior dried abalone and the double boiled bird’s nest soup in coconut. On top of that, try the braised Boston lobster with Shanghai rice cake, braised Eight Treasures pork trotter, steamed tiger garoupa with preserved lemon, crispy Iceland cod fish with Mandarin orange cubes, and braised goose web with radish. Where yee sang is concerned, choose from six flavours: jelly fish, salmon, golden crisp enoki mushroom, grilled salmon belly, soft shell crab and Hokkaido scallop. Available at all Oriental Group restaurants except Noble Banquet and Maju Palace.
