Serai Ramadhan buffet

Serai’s extensive buffet spread, which is only available at its Life Centre and Shaftsbury outlets, boasts two different menus on the first and third week as well as the second and last week of Ramadhan respectively. The first menu features soto ayam Nusantara, Moroccan rice with tender lamb shoulder and mackerel fillets in samrot sauce, while the second menu includes Afghan kobuli rice with beef ribs and snapper fillets in mango sauce.
