Learn to cook up a starter of marinated white asparagus crispy egg, mushrooms and herbs, a main course of slow cooked Danish halibut 'sous vide' potato gnocchi, spinach, sakura ebi and black truffle and a dessert of fancy lemon tarte thyme ice cream. If you're more interested in eating than making his food, Mandarin Grill will also host a six-course dinner prepared by him.
