There’s a huge owl watching over Seksyen 52, PJ. Joining the rest of the #CreativePJ initiative, local artist Escapeva has painted over one side of the Complex A carpark building near Menara MBPJ. So why a huge garang owl and not another manic pixie dream girl or Minions? After talking to some locals, Escapeva found some connections between owls and PJ. One of his favourite stories is of a representative from MBPJ who’s always keeping an eye out for people who haven’t paid their parking tickets. In a way, this owl is that representative, as if to say, 'Owl be watching you.'
