Run by Simge and her husband Alper Bodur in Fenerbahçe, the concept behind this bone broth joint is the only one of its kind in the country. Producing their broth in-house, the couple are careful to only use the bones of animals who have never been exposed to antibiotics. Their recipes are fun, interesting, and pleasantly slurpable.
