Poseidon overtakes many of its competitors thanks to its attentive service, stylish décor and delicious cuisine. To drink, both wine and rakı are available, though wine is definitiely the frontrunner. Poseidon has a quiet, calm air and the décor is elaborate, stylish and classic all at once. At the restaurant which is situated on the water, we recommend the stuffed squid, baked octopus tentacles, fish in salt, marinated seabass, Poseidon fish meatballs, and the braised angler. Chef Selman Öztorun’s stuffed zucchini blossomsis a must have. They also have a 120-person terrace for the summer months and as it is quite popular, we recommend reservations for both weekdays and weekends.
