7 floored Naum Paşa Konağı ‘s internal architecture is exactly same as the internal designs of the houses and the caves in the villages in Eastern Anatolia and Black Sea region. The furniture inside is also collected from these villages. In the menu, there are grilled meats, içli köfte (meat stuffed fried cracked wheat patties), çiğ köfte (spicy meat patties made from raw meat and cracked wheat), hand made mantı and pita (pide) choices. You can have künefe with ice cream or rice pudding as a dessert. The music on the background is usually ‘türkü’ (traditional Turkish Music). Garden in the entrance floor is ideal for summer.
