The entrance boasts high ceilings and Marmara marble floors, while the blackand- white tiles and photographs lend it a peaceful aura of nostalgia and modernity throughout the day. In the evening, the onyx wall gets lit up to lend Morro a whole different feel. The menu is similar to that of Pizzeria Pidos (also owned by the owners of Morro Doğan and Vedat Samanlı); you’ll find options for extended breakfasts and even more main courses at lunch.
There are at least one or two fish, meat or chicken dishes on the menu each day. As for starters, the grilled asparagus is one of Morro’s specialties, while the grilled chicken with rosemary and grilled seafood are our recommendations for main courses. As for the oven-baked pizza, we feel there isn’t any way we could do them justice here. Still, those looking for recommendations can check out the smoked pizza, prepared with smoked meat, smoked cheese and caramelised onions. Don’t forget to order the homemade limoncello after your meal.
