Jumbo Burger

A Çiftehavuzlar restaurant that’s been around since 1977, Jumbo Burger (aka J. Burger) has managed to keep the recipe of its sauce a secret for four decades. This sweet-and-savory sauce is the only accompaniment to the beef patty – which means you won’t find any classic garnishes like tomatoes, lettuce or onions in your burger. Jumbo has also refrained from using commercial bread since day one. In addition to double-decker burgers with names like New York, California and Texas, the menu also includes the spicy, garlicky Şark Burger and the Eggburger with – you guessed it – grilled eggs.
