On the top floor of Kanyon, where Gilt used to be, Gina is an Italian restaurant with quite a feminine air. A wide sitting area, different-sized tables placed in random formation, aged mirrors, and wall fixtures may seem familiar, but the atmosphere is unique, only emphasized by the dark timber and geometric patterns on the ceiling which give the place a very European impression. The menu has everything we’ve come to expect from an Italian restaurant. Eggplant parmesan, fried mozzarella towers, grilled mini artichokes with salicornia, and other antipasto selections, salads, meats, freshly-made pastas, thin-crusted pizzas, and desserts, are all available.
