Hungry shoppers at the Grand Bazaar need look no further than this tiny döner stand. Located just steps away from the bazaar's Kılıçlar entrance, Şahin Usta is often flanked by a line around the block consisting mostly of locals waiting to get their hands on some of the city's best döner. Şahin Usta is so popular that they opened a dining room across the street just to accommodate the crowds, who would otherwise be eating on the street as Şahin Usta's stand is about the size of a closet.
