You can enjoy traditional Ottoman flavors in Darüzziyafe. The chef recommends Dârüzziyafe meat patties on yufka (thin layers of dough) which was also served in NATO Summit , Hünkar Beğendi (from the summer menu), Kebap with wheat (from the winter menu), vegetable based Süleymaniye soup, olive oil dishes, keşkül (a milk pudding with coconut) and baked rice pudding. Darüzziyafe can hold up to 400 people in the yard, 350 people in its Kanuni Room and 250 people in Sinan Room. For a real Ottoman treat, make sure you remember Darüzziyafe.
