The sister restaurant of the original location on the edge of the Golden Horn, Cibalikapı is renowned for serving among what is the best meze in the city, paired perfectly with a cold glass of rakı. They certainly know how to grill a fish and offer excellent hot appetizers but the ever-rotating cast of supreme meze (including hardal soslu levrek, delectable seabass coated in mustard sauce) is what keeps the regulars coming back.
