Chilai is a three-story food complex with a sushi bar, an art gallery, a bistro, a lounge, a bar, a fine-dining option and a charcuterie – as well as a spectacular view. You can grab bread from the patisserie, cheese from the charcuterie and chocolate from the Godiva corner, then plop yourself down to the bistro in the entrance and have a quick bite. The menu overseen by Hazer Amani includes many different alternatives. Thanks to the enomatic in the bar that holds up to 32 bottles, you can try a good many wines by the glass. Sneak up to the second floor and tour the art gallery, or visit the sushi bar for a delectable California roll. On the fine-dining floor, things are a little different. To walk past the cognac and armoniac window displays and dine in this special section, you don’t have to wear scarves or moccasins, but you do have to have good taste in food and not mind shelling out big bucks for food.
