After undergoing comprehensive renovations, Blackk in Kuruçeşme greets the new year with a new name. The driving force behind the venue is still Emre Ergani, who now serves as the Turkish ambassador for the vodka brand Cîroc. Naturally, Cîroc isn’t limited to only this club; it’ll also be available at various supermarkets like Macro.
Although the décor’s been transformed into a maze of blue fluorescent lights, a quick glance at the menu reveals that the prices are kept to astronomic levels, much like Blackk. Simply put, regulars of the hip Bosphorus-adjacent clubs won’t be surprised.
If you do visit, make sure to try their signature drink, Mr. Cîroc (35 TL), which is a delicious blend of Cîroc vodka, blueberries, lime and elderflower cordial. Another cocktail that caught our eye is the ‘Lady Lovely’. Despite its feminine name, it’s surprisingly strong, with Cîroc vodka, green Chartreuse, Luxardo, lemon juice and Prosecco. Of course, you don’t have to limit yourself to these options; you can always opt for a classic Bloody Mary.
