Palestine Underground Istanbul

It’s a testament to the online music broadcasting platform Boiler Room’s growing influence that an appearance in one of their global parties can singlehandedly jumpstart the career of a musician or propel a little-known local scene into international stardom. Their Palestine debut in 2018, accompanied by the short documentary ‘Palestine Underground’, which chronicles the burgeoning music collectives of the West Bank, did just that and now its protagonists are coming to Istanbul. Anahit Sahne will host a screening of the film followed by discussions and live performances by the artists.
