Max Cooper

Perhaps it’s the fact that he has a PhD in computational biology, but Max Cooper is a musician with the sensibility of a scientist. The Belfast-bred artist merges electronic music with installations and dazzling visuals to create immersive audio-visual experiences that utilise surround sound. Having released his third studio album ‘One Hundred Billion Sparks’ in 2018 and with a forthcoming Philip Glass rework featuring pianist Bruce Brubaker, Max Cooper is at the height of his powers.
