Hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, experimental rock band Algiers come armed with a robust variety of influences including gospel to post-punk and, interestingly, Southern Gothic literature. The group turns in soulful tunes at this Babylon gig, with support from local synthpop outfit Jakuzi.
