Airy sufganiot crafted from high-quality vitrina cakes make up Biscotti's delectable Hanukkah collection. In preparation for Hanukkah, Biscotti Bakery has launched a series of sufganiot inspired by beloved and classic cakes. Alongside the traditional sufganiot, confectioner Russella Yona created a variety of handmade options with special fillings and coatings, all of which are a tribute to the elegantly designed cakes that once adorned the displays of the best confectioneries around the world.
Among the sufganiyot offered (NIS 10):
- Tiramisu - sufganiya filled with mascarpone cream, coffee and espresso glaze, with white chocolate and coffee beans
- The Black Forest - a sufganiya filled with cherry cream, a dark chocolate glaze, and Amarena cherries
- Red Velvet - sufganiya filled with vanilla cream, vanilla glaze and rich raspberry cake
- Concord - a sufganiya filled with Belgian chocolate ganache, a dark chocolate coating, and pieces of Concord meringues
