A love story between a husband, his wife and a plethora of old culinary traditions thrown into a vat of flavor and fragrance. After a whirlwind trip to Tokyo, Japan, Chef Shaul Ben Aderet discovered a tiny restaurant with only eight chairs and six tables. Energized by the rich tantalizing flavors: miso soup, steamed fish and seaweed salad to name a few, Ben Aderet returned the next day, but this time for the sake. We don’t blame him. His muses Mr. & Mrs. Lee created culinary harmony, and now Israelis can fall in love with them all over again.
