Time Out says

Since some people (not us though) would say that Neve Tzedek is the southern version of Basel, the owners of northern café Lulu decided to justify the theory by opening a version of Lulu down south. Although it bears the same first name, there are still some differences. While the northern version is only a café , here, Lulu is more of a Brasserie that carries the kind of menu where you find good options for every hour of the day. You can have your cup of coffee in the morning to pair with breakfast, fish, pasta or seafood for lunch, and an assortment of small dishes such as shrimp a la plancha accompanied by a glass of wine or beer in the evening. Getting the final touch with the romantic feel of Neve Tzedek’s Shabazi St, you are set to sit back and enjoy the food and view.
