Found in the upper city neighborhood of Neve Shaanan, Hummus Ziv is where the Technion’s student population goes to get their hummus fix 10 years running. More than just great warm hummus served to order with thick, billowy pita bread, owner Danny also offers a moist herbed falafel and an array of chopped salads and sides to go with your bowl of smooth goodness.
