Biscotti Bakery launches its Purim collection:

Preparing for Purim, Biscotti bakery launches its festive holiday collection. Biscotti will present this year's handmade Hamentashen crafted from crispy butter pastry in a variety of classic and rich fillings along in surprising combinations.

In Biscotti's Purim collection, there are five types of Hamentashen that can be found in festive packages at a price of NIS 38: dates and nuts, poppy and citrus, Belgian chocolate, halva and pecans, crunchy white chocolate.

In honor of Purim, baker Eldad Shmueli has launched a Hamantashen collection. A variety of fillings will be added into his signature crispy dough - including the classic poppy to crunchy pecans in brown sugar. Along with the Hamantashen, original Mishloach Manot (festive Purim baskets) will be offered for sale, including fresh granola, handmade jams and marmalades, packages of cookies and homemade cakes, local olive oil and fresh loaves of bread.

Options include Hamantashen made out of crispy Alfajores pastry dough mixed with coconut flakes and orange, filled with dulce de leche, slassic Hamentashen with a chocolate and poppy filling, Hamentashen with fresh pecans and brown sugar and Hamentashen filled with Nutella chocolate.

Purim at Piece of Cake

Purim 2019 brings with it a variety of classic and delicious flavors from Piece of Cake. The Purim Hamantaschen are meticulously handmade from a crispy pastry dough. This holiday they also provide a tasty answer to the vegan audience and to those who do not eat animal products, with vegan Hamantashen that are made from whole wheat flour and sesame seeds. Special Mishloach Manot (festive Purim baskets) are also available, including Hamantashen, chocolate cookies and cakes, sold at NIS 149.
