The new coffee-flavored Ice cream BeanZ collection - straight from farmers around the world - and also a new fresh green coffee ice cream (with a natural fat-burning ingredient!) are just the latest flavors to try out at Anita
With the arrival of autumn (and the thankful return to routine), ANITA Ice Cream is launching a rich (and invigorating) coffee collection based on combinations of various coffee beans hailing from different BeanZ farmers. Among the flavors that will be served at the ice cream parlor until the end of October are the following exciting options:
Caffè Americano ice cream
Bitter Chocolate Coffee, made from the Sumatra beans of farmers from Indonesia, grows at altitudes of more than 1700 meters above sea level, giving them a unique and complex flavor of warm caramel, with white pepper, butter and nutmeg.
Affogato ice cream
These coffee beans from a farm in Uganda that are cultivated at the foot of the Rwenzori Mountains in the heart of Africa make up this true African coffee with chocolate, citrus, and spicy flavors.
Parfait Hazelnuts ice cream
With coffee beans from Brazilian farmer Louise Alberto, this coffee is characterized by bitter chocolate flavors, caramel sweetness, and roasted almonds.
Green coffee ice cream
In addition, Anita will serve a unique green coffee ice cream with delicate sweetness, using fresh coffee beans which have not yet been roasted. These beans are characterized not only by the delicate taste of Matcha (green tea that has become a global culinary trend), but also containing unique health benefits: they have caffeine, but also natural chlorogenic acid that helps in the efficient breakdown of fats, sugars, and accelerating one's metabolism. For the 'green and trendy' coffee diets around the world.
