Two of Israel's all-star gems collaborate for one night only
If you haven't already tried the signature cocktails featuring the Levantine Gin by Milk & Honey - Israel's first-ever whiskey distillery - then this one-two punch of an event is prime time to truly immerse yourself in the Israeli landscapes and tastes. Next Thursday, the stunning Efendi Hotel, one of Akko's undisputed gems, will host a mixology workshop led by master mover and shaker Yuval Soffer. Participants will get to learn the ins and outs of some of the local signature drinks using Milk & Honey's exclusive whisky on the rooftop of the boutique hotel, which will be followed by a special dinner pairing in the hotel's Ottomoman-Era wine cellar - a two-fold treat of massive proportions (the cuisine will feature dishes from Israeli favorite seafood restaurant, Uri Buri.)
Tickets to the event are NIS 270 per person, including the rooftop mixology workshop at 19:00, followed by dinner.
A room at Efendi on November 1 is available at a special rate for ticket buyers only.
