After the success of the first branch that opened in Paris, Eyal Shani is at it again, with another branch opening in the City of Lights. Where will it be located? In the hottest area of Paris, of course
If you've been to Paris in recent years, you've probably noticed that the Canal Saint-Martin area has become particularly groovy. It turns out that Eyal Shani also noticed that, and this week he is opening a second branch of Miznon in the most romantic city in the world. It comes as no surprise, given the success of his first Parisian branch in Le Marais, and the favorable press he has received in the French media, including mentions in ELLE, Vogue and La Figaro.
The Miznon in Paris
The first Miznon in Le Marais is quite similar in its style and menu to that of its Tel Avivian branches. In addition, it offers Parisians a number of French-style dishes: Beef Bourguignon in a pita and Tarte Tatin in a pita made with apples and almond marzipan. The new branch in Canal Saint-Martin will offer the same Paris menu, and the price level is similar to the one back in Tel Aviv.
Eyal Shani
Apart from Paris, the Miznon branches have spread globally, including Vienna, Melbourne, and New York. And it all started on the humble spot on Ibn Gabirol Street in little old Tel Aviv. By the way, if the grapevine is on point, the next branch that will open will probably be another spot in New York.
