One of Israel's longest standing microbreweries, the Dancing Camel is a bar and brewery operating in Sarona. Serving 5 brews year-round, and 10 varieties that alternate seasonally, the spot consists of a bar in the front and a 10-barrel brewing system in the back. Founder David Cohen who hails from Park Slope, Brooklyn-a capital of the microbrewing movement-is committed to producing authentic Israeli beer, brewed with locally sourced ingredients that appeal to a palate of the land (all of which is Kosher!) In addition to quality beer, the Dancing Camel boasts tours of their facility, Wednesday comedy nights, and music shows.
