Located in the upscale neighborhood of Talbiya, Gan Hashoshanim is a picturesque park tucked between villas of Jerusalem stone. The rose garden was built in the 1930’s, and following the establishment of the State of Israel official government events would be held there. Walking into the park today evokes early 20th century Europe, complete with pruned rose bushes, stylish benches, and a European-style gazebo. It’s an escape within Jerusalem perfect for small events or (literally) a walk in the park.
