Winter sports are rarely an option this far south, but Discovery Green makes the impossible possible with its yearly—and highly popular—outdoor ice skating rink. The almost 7,800 sq. ft. rink is in the heart of downtown, so evening skaters and hot cocoa drinkers will be immersed in the glow of the Houston skyline.
