Kick off your weekend at this one-of-a-kind free outdoor yoga class held at the harbourside space in Tamar Park. Breathe in the fresh air and let the sea breeze calm you at the complimentary morning class and find your zen. The session is taught by Pure Yoga instructors and is completely open to everyone – not just Pure Yoga members. This class will be focusing on the runner’s body and stretching in areas like hamstrings and hips.
